Stuart McGregor
Stuart has lived in Wiltshire for over 20 years. He is a qualified accountant with 30 years experience of working in or with the Public Sector, including Central Government and Government-owned companies - the most recent years having been spent with Wiltshire County Council, Swindon Borough Council, and North Wiltshire District Council, where he was the Assistant Chief Executive and in the final stages of its existence the acting Chief Executive. He is now a Management Consultant and has recently been working with Manchester City Council's Neighbourhood Services group, which has provided a particular insight into renewable energy for and energy conservation in, domestic housing.
