QHS recognition for Westlea

 
 

Westlea's Managing Director Ann Cornelius received the certificate from Dr Bryan Smith OBE, Chair of QHS.

Westlea has been certified by Quality Housing Services (QHS) for providing excellent customer service – over a year ahead of schedule.

Westlea was assessed on a number of areas including complaint handling, maintenance, rent collection and
resident involvement. QHS carry out independent assessments of housing organisations’ services focusing on customer experiences rather than processes. They use a number of different ways to check including
mystery shopping; surveying residents to find out their experiences; and onsite audits.

Westlea's Managing Director Ann Cornelius said: “We are very proud to have achieved this certification – what means the most is that QHS focus on what residents
think of our services rather than what we think is happening.

“Getting this far, and so quickly, is great but we are not complacent and will be working hard to ensure our
standards don't drop and that we get even better wherever we can!”
