You are here: Westlea home > Neighbourhood and Communities
Westlea supports the neighbourhoods where it has residents in a number of different ways. Not only is there a neighbourhood housing officer - and you find who yours is by clicking here - but for many areas there is a neighbourhood worker arranging local community activities.
You can find out more about Westlea's Customer & Community Involvement Strategy 2010-2013 - drawn up with residents and partners - for community development between now and 2013 by clicking here. The areas covered in this plan include: Youth and Children, Crime, Adults, Healthy living, Finance, Employment and training, and Environment.
The Residents' Forum holds Westlea's Community Investment Fund, which looks for worthy causes, projects, or activities that will benefit residents and communities. You can find out more about this initiative here.
Where Westlea does have a neighbourhood worker, there are regular events and activities that residents can join in with. If you live around Hill Rise in Chippenham, you can find more infromation here.
If you live around Coleman's Farm in Calne, you can find out more information about locally-arranged activities here.
At Westlea, involving our residents is key to what we do and how we do it. We feel you know best how to help Westlea improve our services to you.
After all, you are the people who use our services and live in the homes and neighbourhoods we manage. To find out more, click here.
