ACCOMMODATION:
Springfield House has 5 double flats with large lounge and bedroom; 18 single flats; and 2 studio apartments with kitchen and bathroom. A guest flat, for the use of visiting relatives and friends, has two beds, a kitchen, and bathroom.

SHARED FACILITIES:
A large and comfortable lounge is provided for the use of all residents. A laundry room within the scheme has a washing machine, two tumble dryers, a spin dryer, and ironing facilities. A shared bathroom has a large bath with hoist and a walk in / sit down shower.

LOCAL AMENITIES:
The scheme is conveniently located in a quiet area behind Wootton Bassett High Street, so is just a short walk from all local amenities. A range of shops, banks, pubs, the post office, library, and churches are all nearby. Regular bus services to Chippenham, Swindon, Bath, and Malmesbury operate from the High Street.
