House, has 22 flats. There are five 2-bedroomed flats
and the rest are single flats. Each flat has a door
intercom and a Lifeline pendant for each tenant in
case of emergency. All properties are of good size,
and offer private kitchen, lounge, bathroom; ground
floor flats have their own patio doors leading out
into the garden. Second floor flats have a balcony
leading from the lounges, where residents can place
patio plants, etc. A guest flat is available for visitors
to use.
SHARED FACILITIES:
A
communal laundry is provided, with washing machines
and tumble driers, ironing board. Tenants can make
drinks etc in the shared kitchen which is adjacent
to the lounge used for socialising. There are two
shower rooms (one on the ground floor and the other
on the 2nd floor) one with toilet, and wheelchair
access. There are lovely gardens at the back at the
building, with an arbour covered in passion flowers,
honeysuckle, clematis, with a lovers seat underneath!
Two large wheeley bins are provided in the storage
area for rubbish disposal.

AMENITIES:

House is an easy, five minute walk away from a good
shopping centre including leading supermarkets. There
is a bus service to take you to the many interesting
Wiltshire towns and railways stations are at Chippenham
and Swindon. There are three doctors surgeries, and
two dentists.
