Croft Court has 26 one-bedroom flats
and 2 two-bedroom flats. All properties
are of a good size and offer a private
kitchen, a large lounge / diner,
bathroom, bedroom and hallway. Ground
floor flats have doors to the garden
or front of property.
SHARED FACILITIES:
A comfortable communal lounge is the
location for most social activities.
There is also a shared shower room
on the ground floor with grab rails,
non slip flooring, shower chair and
a lifeline pull cord. A garden area
at the rear of Croft Court is for
the use of all tenants and car parking
is provided. The well equipped laundry
has washing machines and tumble driers.
There are washing lines outside the
laundry for extra drying. A well maintained
bin store is provided for communal
use.
LOCAL AMENITIES:
Croft Court is situated on the outskirts
of the town to the west of Chippenham.
There is a regular bus service to
the town and Croft Court is on the
main route to Bath. It is a ten minute
walk to the supermarket. The doctors
surgery is five minutes away by car
with a chemist close by. Croft Court
is served by the deliveries of post
and newspapers. There is also a prescription
delivery service available from the
chemist.
