Croft Court has 26 one-bedroom flats and 2 two-bedroom flats. All properties are of a good size and offer a private kitchen, a large lounge / diner, bathroom, bedroom and hallway. Ground floor flats have doors to the garden or front of property.

SHARED FACILITIES:
A comfortable communal lounge is the location for most social activities. There is also a shared shower room on the ground floor with grab rails, non-slip flooring, shower chair and a lifeline pull cord. Croft Court is situated on the outskirts of the town to the west of Chippenham. There is a regular bus service to the town and Croft Court is on the main route to Bath. It is a ten minute walk to the supermarket. The doctors surgery is five minutes away by car with a chemist close by. Croft Court is served by the deliveries of post and newspapers. There is also a prescription delivery service available from the chemist.
